Jeff Eschliman

Co-Founder, CEO

Jeff’s journey of 30 years with a homebuilder progressed through numerous field roles, including Superintendent and General Superintendent, eventually culminating in senior leadership positions. This progression not only equipped him with invaluable insights into the need for effectiveness in leadership and organizational efficiencies but would also lay the groundwork for the curriculum of the Rise Leadership program. Jeff’s vision and passion is to equip and empower our future industry leaders.

Bill Washburn

Co-Founder, Instructor

Bill brings over 30 years of construction industry experience to Rise Leadership. His extensive background in construction management, operational and leadership roles, and his role as adjunct faculty at the Arizona State University Graduate School of Construction Management, highlight his great wealth of experience. Bill’s resume is a testament to his versatility and knowledge of not only homebuilding but of systems and processes.
